ABOUT US

Glass Garden offers a tranquil forest escape overlooking the city, serving vibrant, contemporary Sichuan dishes that blend authentic flavours with modern flair.

We founded Glass Garden to create a peaceful space in the city where people can enjoy modern Sichuan flavours inspired by our roots in China. Our dishes feature clay pot cooking, a traditional method we use to preserve natural flavours and create authentic, comforting meals.

Clay pot cooking allows ingredients to gently simmer, bringing out deeper tastes and aromas in every dish. It’s a simple method we’ve brought from home, offering our guests dishes that reconnect them with traditional Chinese dining.

At Glass Garden, our aim is to blend the freshness of Sichuan cuisine with a relaxed dining experience. We invite you to slow down, savour our dishes, and enjoy a moment away from the busy city.

Our Cuisine

We specialise in Sichuan clay pot cooking, a traditional Chinese technique that uses earthenware pots to gently cook ingredients at a consistent, even heat. This slow cooking method seals in moisture and enhances natural flavours, creating tender, aromatic dishes with deeper tastes and textures.

The porous clay pots distribute heat evenly, allowing spices and seasonings typical of Sichuan cuisine to meld beautifully, resulting in dishes that are both comforting and rich with authentic flavour.

Our Location
